Get to know the role:
The Business Analyst (Sales Strategy) is responsible for monitoring and improving commercial performance.
Responsibility:
Data analysis:
Analyze merchant performance and report merchant performance metrics;
Maintain & update merchant dashboards.
Uncover actionable insights through data analysis and communicate the insights effectively to functional leaders;
Perform ad-hoc data tasks per request.
User & Traffic Data Management & Analysis
Build and maintain reports, and dashboards for tracking user base performance and traffic impacted by merchant and campaign setup
Work closely with the Marketing data team, Campaign Management team and Commercial product team to analyze user journey and user behavior with an aim to conduct merchant-user along with supply-demand matching in the market and recommend solutions for promotion, user drivers and new initiatives
Collaborate with Data Science team to conduct new features in platform, applying data modelling and machine learning techniques for merchant and user recommendations
Design and implement standard and customized reports on food solution service for F&B chain and potential SMEs seeking support for market entry, market expansion or user segment analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-2 year experience in a similar position at food delivery/e-commerce companies
MS Office, strong Excel skill, intermediate SQL skill
Strong data handling skill: query, cleaning, collection
Good commercial sense
Knowledge in E-commerce, Ride-hailing, On-demand logistics, E-commerce logistics
Communication skill (verbal and written)
Problem Solving skill
Open-minded, detailed-oriented, responsible, self-leading, energized
