Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical & functional bridge between Japanese clients and local software engineering teams.
Manage requirements, specifications, and workflows during the entire software development lifecycle.
Partner closely with
Project Managers/Leaders to monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and optimize daily operations using industry best practices.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or in a related role.
Japanese proficiency: N2 or higher (Fluent business-level communication).
Strong understanding of software development processes with hands-on programming experience.
Proven experience working with Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
Preferred: Prior experience as a Project Manager (PM) or hands-on experience living/working in Japan.
