Essential
- Master's level qualification (In relevant discipline)
- Professional qualification in English language teaching
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Evidence of leading a teaching Centre through growth and expansion
- Relevant experience of English Department/Centre management
- Excellent English communication skills
Desirable
- PhD in English/Education
- Experience in curriculum design
- Strong growth and strategy experience in the English Language context
- Extensive experience in teacher management and development from an education institution in Vietnam or overseas
