SUMMARY
Golden Owl is looking for an Head of Back Office who can support the CEO/Management Team in translating business direction into structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational follow-up.
In this role, you will work closely with management and multiple departments to monitor business priorities, drive operational alignment, consolidate performance updates, support budget/compliance tracking, and ensure company-wide initiatives are executed with clarity and accountability.
Your Responsibilities
Track KPIs, business plans, and key targets; follow up on execution to ensure assigned tasks and objectives are completed on time.
Oversee day-to-day company operations, particularly Back Office functions; coordinate cross-functional activities, follow up on Management directives, and handle operational issues to ensure smooth, effective, and timely execution.
Support organizational planning, workforce allocation, departmental functions and responsibilities, and people management; monitor employee productivity and ensure resources are aligned with business priorities.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal processes and operating mechanisms to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and effective utilization of company resources and assets.
Monitor budgets, financial planning, operating costs, and relevant reports; work closely with Accounting and Legal to ensure accuracy, transparency, compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, and timely corrective actions.
Monitor operational performance and key targets, identify gaps and risks, drive follow-up actions, and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports and insights to support Management in decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar roles. IT/Technology experience is preferred.
Business & Management:
Strong business mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to turn objectives into actionable plans.
Coordination & Problem-Solving:
Strong cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills; proactive and accountable.
Data & Reporting:
Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports, including process maps, dashboards, and flowcharts.
Communication & English:
Strong communication and presentation skills; good English communication skills and ability to work with management and cross-functional teams.
