Key Responsibilities
1. Concept & Product Development
Lead the development of store and product concepts to align with market trends and customer preferences.
Oversee new product innovation, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop a strong and competitive product range.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive benchmarks.
Develop and test new recipes, formulations, and packaging innovations to enhance product appeal.
Evaluate and improve existing products based on customer feedback and performance data.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards while maintaining product excellence.
2. Operations Management & Training
Establish and implement standardized operational procedures across all locations.
Train and supervise operational teams to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
Monitor store performance and provide strategic direction for continuous improvement.
3. Human Resource Management
Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and motivation strategies.
Ensure alignment of team goals with company objectives.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
4. Financial & Budget Management
Oversee the financial performance of the Delica & Bakery division, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to improve financial outcomes.
5. Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with food safety regulations and company policies.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control and regulatory adherence.
6. Process & Policy Development
Establish clear policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Continuously review and improve processes to optimize productivity and service delivery.
7. Other Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Delica & Bakery strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in food retail, bakery, or deli operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven experience in product development and operational management.
Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
