Mô tả công việc
Head of Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to expand and manage the renewable energy portfolio, with a strong focus on solar, biomass and solution projects. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and develop initiatives to meet the organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the business development team to execute the business plan for solar, bioenergy, and energy solutions projects.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industrial clients, and factory zones, to secure business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop commercial offers, negotiate contractual terms, handle permits, liaise with government bodies, and resolve client disputes.
• Understand customer's needs, prepare and present compelling proposals, provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and sustainability goals.
• Identify industry trends and potential risks, provide recommendations on new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client relationships, managing key accounts and strengthening partnerships.
• Grow and maintain a robust project pipeline, engaging in client visits and relationship-building to drive retention and win new business.
• Drive the team to meet or exceed the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare regular reports for the group head and internal stakeholders. Participate in scheduled meetings to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Stay updated on government regulations, environmental laws, and industry best practices relevant to solar, biomass energy and solutions.
• Represent BECIS at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings to enhance brand presence.
• Build, manage, and retain a high-performing team to support organizational objectives.

Yêu cầu
• At least 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, particularly B2B with a focus on renewable energy sectors such as solar, biomass and energy solutions.
• Demonstrated success in B2B business development with a proven track record of driving growth.
• In-depth understanding of the renewable energy and financing sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Frequent travel within Vietnam and cross border.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and digital tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrated success in B2B business development with a proven track record of driving growth.
