Mô tả công việc
1. Effective Business Management
• Responsible for managing the PnL (Profit & Loss) of the business unit, ensuring financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Develop revenue plans and optimize costs to achieve profit targets in line with company strategy.
• Analyze the market and propose business strategies aligned with aviation industry trends.
2. Business Development & Sales
• Manage and drive sales of technology solutions, services, and products in the aviation sector.
• Develop sales strategies, identify, and expand new customer bases, including airlines, airports, and related partners.
• Maintain and expand strategic partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
3. Service & Solution Deployment
• Oversee the implementation and operation of aviation technology solutions and services for clients.
• Monitor service quality, optimize deployment processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
4. Commercialization of Solutions & Products
• Develop commercialization strategies for aviation products and services, ensuring alignment with market demand and company direction.
• Design and implement marketing plans, pricing strategies, and optimal business models.
• Support research and propose product and service improvements to enhance competitiveness in the global market.
5. Human Resources Management:
• Department Organizational Structure: Clearly assigning tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Employee Performance Evaluation: Providing timely feedback and rewards.
• Positive Work Culture: Encouraging collaboration, creativity, and development
6. Other tasks as assignment.

1. Experience & Competency Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Aviation, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of senior management experience in the AVIATION, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Proven experience in managing PnL, developing business strategies, optimizing costs, and improving financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of the market, customers, and industry trends in aviation and e-commerce.
2. Management & Leadership Skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set strategic directions and drive teams toward business goals.
• Experience in developing and managing revenue, sales, and commercialization strategies for products/services.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership development skills.
• Innovative mindset, market sensitivity, and the ability to make quick decisions.
3. Professional Skills
• Proficiency in service implementation, quality supervision, and operational process optimization.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies, pricing, and business models aligned with market demands.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, financial reporting, and proposing improvement solutions.
4. Other Requirements
• High sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Proficiency in English.
