HEAD OF COMMUNICATION | ENGLISH REQUIRED

Team management: 3-4 members
Key stakeholders: Management Board, internal departments and ALTEN Group Communication team in France.
About the Job
The Head of Communication is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall communication strategy, strengthening corporate culture, enhancing brand reputation and driving employer branding initiatives.
The role focuses primarily on internal communication and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with ALTEN Group's branding and communication strategy.
You will lead a team of 3-4 members, work closely with the Management Board and collaborate directly with international stakeholders, particularly the ALTEN Group Communication team in France.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication &
• Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute internal communication plans, lead major company events (Company Anniversary, Year End Party, Company Trip, etc.) and drive initiatives that strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
Corporate Branding &
• External Communications:
Manage corporate brand identity, external communication activities and brand materials. Coordinate customer events, media relations and crisis communication.
Group Communication Coordination: Act as the key communication liaison between Vietnam and ALTEN Group in France, ensuring consistent brand positioning and effective implementation of Group-wide campaigns.
Employer Branding: Develop EB strategies with Talent Acquisition, strengthen EVP, manage employer branding channels and lead university and technology community engagement activities.
Communication Channels: Oversee internal and external communication platforms, including the corporate website, social media and internal communication channels. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Team &
• Budget Management:
Lead and develop the Communication team, manage annual budgets, agencies and vendors, establish operational processes and report communication performance to the Management Board.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Communications, PR or Branding, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in internal communications, employee engagement and organizing large-scale corporate events (500+ participants).
Proven experience in corporate branding and employer branding
• IT/Technology industry experience is a strong advantage.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work directly with international stakeholders, particularly ALTEN Group Communication in France.
Excellent Vietnamese writing, content development and storytelling skills.
Experience in budget management, agency/vendor coordination and multi-project execution.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize communication effectiveness.
Preferred:
Experience in an IT services company or an organization within an international group.
Experience in crisis communication and organizational change communication.
Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or Photoshop.
