Responsibilities:
• Lead the Community Management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of service.
• Foster a welcoming environment, facilitating connections and interactions among members.
• Plan, organize, and execute community events and activities that enhance member experience and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a thriving community.
• Act as the main point of contact for members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure facilities meet the needs of the community.
• Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve the community experience.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:
• Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication abilities, fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Independent problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in community management, hospitality, or a related field.
