Mô tả công việc
A. Reward System Management
Manage the team to participate in market surveys; analyze market data vs internal data to prepare reports on compensation trend line, make proposal for change and improvement on current rewards practice.
Design, or manage the design of C&B programs, including salary structure, short-term & long-term incentives, new benefits,... for all staff levels to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness.
Manage the employee movement process, annual and off-cycle salary review
Manage job evaluation process, job band & title system as a foundation for salary structure, career roadmap, training, and development.
B. Policies, Procedures & Systems Development & Management
Manage the review, update & development of policies, procedures & systems in compliance with legal requirements & HC policies.
Ensure proper implementation of C&B policies, procedures & systems, including effective communication and guidance.
C. Payroll Management
Lead & manage Payroll Team to conduct accurate & timely periodical activities, including payroll, bonus, insurance, PIT processing, and reporting for both expatriate and local employees.
D. Budget Planning & Forecasting:
Manage workforce planning process and ensure PEREX (personnel expenditure) planning, analysis & control timely & accurately.
E. Others:
Oversee the delivery of expatriates' services assigned within HR scope
Coordinate with L&D and HRBP department in implementing Performance management programs to ensure they follow Group's schedules (Goal setting, Mid-year review, End year review)
Oversee the deployment, usage, and maintenance of the HRIS systems (together with IT and/or project team)
