OVERALL
Oversee multiple work streams in the development and optimization of digital apps and channels for a leading consumer finance company in Vietnam. This pivotal role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The Project Director will lead the end-to-end execution of projects in a dynamic and fast-evolving financial landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Strategic Leadership:
• Implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, focusing on mobile apps and omnichannel digital platforms.
• Ensure all work streams are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for digital product enhancements and new technologies.
2. Program and Project Oversight
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain governance structures to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across work streams.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders.
4. Team Leadership and Development
. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including
project managers,
developers, UX/UI designers, and
business analysts.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
5. Risk and Compliance Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all work streams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, data privacy standards, and industry best practices.
• Proactively address challenges and roadblocks, maintaining project momentum.
