Head Of Department - Finance Division, H.O

Assist Division Director to manage performance of Finance Division and particularly manage and organize the performance of Accounting and Finance of Finance Division as IVB's requirement in each period.
1. Planning
- Prepare and perform operation plan of Dept from time to time
- Construct and implement the operation plan on accounting, financial, accounting management and domestic payment as prevailing regulations of law and IVB's requirement from time to time.
- Manage, supervise the operation plan of Dept from time to time
2. Managing, executing operation of Department
- Manage and operate internal expense settlement in compliance with stipulated regulations by law and IVB;
- Manage and guide on tax report, financial report and ledger, statistics report as prevailing regulations by law and IVB;
- Manage Nostro account at SBV and other credit institutions as approval of BOE;
- Manage policy in accounting, financial regime, and cashiering in accordance with accounting standard and prevailing banking regulations;
- Supervise accounting to prevent the risk of accounting system
- Sign reports under authorization of Division Director/General Director/ Chief accountant (if any)
3. Employee management
- Assign KPIs to staff/ officers in Department.
- Follow up the job's fulfillment of staff/ officers. Evaluate the job's fulfillment from time to time.
- Lead, assign the Powerman in department effectively, reasonable, suitable positions.
- Guide the staff and officers of the department, organize the plan for operating training, enhance operation skills for staff and officers of Department

- Perform the other tasks as assigned by Managers
