Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Digital Product to lead our digital transformation in the automotive mobility sector, encompassing car rental, car sharing, and buy/sell car platforms. The role will focus on developing innovative, user-centric digital solutions to create seamless customer experiences while driving revenue and market share growth.
You will oversee the strategy, design, and execution of our digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a competitive edge in the fast-evolving mobility market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver business growth across car rental, car sharing, and automotive marketplace platforms.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align product goals with the company's overall strategic objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
2. Product Development
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Analysts, to build best-in-class digital experiences.
- Ensure products are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the latest technological advancements, such as AI, IoT, and connected car systems.
- Drive innovation by implementing new features, functionalities, and integrations with payment systems, fleet management tools, and telematics platforms.
3. Customer-Centric Approach
- Champion user-centric design principles and ensure products meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
- Utilize customer insights, analytics, and feedback to refine and optimize product offerings.
- Enhance user experience (UX) across web and mobile platforms to increase engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
4. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital product team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the product team, ensuring accountability and growth.
5. Operational Excellence
- Oversee product development lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by implementing robust analytics and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all digital products and operations.

Yêu cầu
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the mobility, automotive, or digital marketplace sectors.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in competitive markets.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management tools, and user research practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
