Mô tả công việc
1.Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.
2.Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
3.Leading teams of
IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.
4.Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
5.Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
6.Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.

8.Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
1.Experience with user software and application support.
2.Knowledge and experience with software programming.
3.Experience with database management and project management.
4.Experience with ERP systems administration or implementation.
5.Experience or knowledge with business or financial processes or controls integrating with enterprise technology.
6.Vendor or 3rd party solutions/teams management experience for systems implementation, administration or maintenance.
Qualifications
1.A bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2.Qualification related to ... systems, project management certificate is a plus
3.5 or more years of work experience in similar role
