The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced leader to architect, build, and operate a new global Agile Coaching practice, helping shape, codify, and scale agile ways of working at Hyatt. This senior-level role will be a cornerstone of Hyatt's Capability Building Hub (CBH), a group dedicated to transforming our business operations through four key areas: focus on outcomes, test-and-learn, break down silos, and foster a growth mindset - capabilities that empower our organization to adapt with speed and focus.
This professional will be responsible for broad strategic oversight of a distributed group of coaches embedded in numerous functions and regions. They will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to construct an operating model for a new global coaching practice; elevate and manage the maturity of our enterprise coaching capabilities (breadth and depth), develop a comprehensive apprenticeship program for coaches; manage and mentor senior agile coaches; and significantly contribute to the overall agile knowledge base of the company. Additionally, this role will have direct management responsibility for a team of high-performing agile coaches within the CBH.
The ideal candidate is a visionary yet pragmatic agile expert with an extensive track record of successful enterprise-wide agile transformations and practice development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Critical success factors include the proven ability to drive and inspire transformational change, lead through strategic influence rather than direct authority, and effectively communicate and collaborate with C-suite executives and all levels of the organization.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and Build a World-class Coaching Practice:
o Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategy and enterprise-wide operating model for a global coaching practice aligned with Hyatt's ways of working.
o Architect and execute a roadmap to transform Hyatt's agile coaching capabilities, accelerating the adoption of agile ways of working across all organizational levels and departments.
o Establish a robust, scalable structure to manage and mentor agile coaches, promoting consistent, best-in-class practices across a globally distributed coaching team.
o Implement metrics to measure the impact of coaching on driving business value and outcomes.
· Architect and Implement Transformative Learning Programs:
o Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive, enterprise-wide agile capability development strategy that aligns with Hyatt's business objectives and cultural values.
o Develop and lead immersive, high-impact learning experiences to onboard agile coaches and significantly enhance their expertise and capabilities on an ongoing basis.
o Create a strategic roadmap to ensure learning incorporates cutting-edge practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches in agile methodologies and organizational transformation.
Mentor a Global Team of Agile Coaches:
Cultivate a high-performance community and culture of continuous learning and improvement among agile coaches.
Provide ongoing coaching to senior agile coaches, ensuring long-term alignment with CBH best practices.
Offer strategic guidance and support to coaches, helping them navigate complex technical and organizational challenges and achieve target outcomes.
Develop and Contribute to Coaching Knowledge Base:
Develop and disseminate coaching best practices, case studies, and lessons learned throughout the organization.
Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, sharing strategic insights with leadership and constantly evolving the knowledge base.
Management Responsibilities:
Direct and manage a team of senior agile coaches; maintain strategic oversight and mentorship relationships with additional agile coaches (non-reporting) across the organization.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing actionable feedback and development plans for direct reports.
Align team goals with organizational objectives and track progress toward achieving these goals.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience, with extensive leadership experience in agile coaching, organizational transformation, and practice development at large-scale companies.
Recognized expert-level applied skills in Lean-Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Growth Mindset, with a track record of successful enterprise-wide implementations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain programs & practices that result in measurable, significant capability uplift across large organizations.
Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving transformational change in complex, global environments.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate effectively at the C-suite level and across all organizational tiers.
Demonstrated success working effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
