Head of Finance & Accounting Department

Key Responsibilities:
1. Personnel organization:
• Build and scale the Finance & Accounting (F&A) function from the ground up, including structure, roles, and operating model.
• Lead team performance, hiring, and capability development to support rapid business growth.
2. Specialized jobs:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operation & function, including AP/AR, assets, tax, and general accounting operations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with applicable laws and VinSpace/Groups regulations.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial planning, including cash flow planning, P&L forecasting/modelling, and ensuring compliance with delegated authority.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including management reports and statutory financial statements.
• Oversee tax compliance and planning, liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, regulators, and advisors.
• Provide financial insights and management reports (MIS) to support decision-making by leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to develop financial strategies and optimize resource allocation in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Drive digitalization and automation of finance processes (SAP/ERP, dashboards, RPA/AI) to support scalable growth.
• Ensure compliance and governance across all units/departments, including guidance and monitoring of adherence to financial policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
