This is a unique position that requires you to have a high level of integrity, build an end-to-end understanding of the company, and be a lighthouse for the finance partnering at the LEGO Group. You should also possess a collaborative mind-set and be a positive challenger in your partnering role combined with great communication skills. Do you have what it takes?
• Strong professional toolbox developed through 10+ years of finance experience with significant part of this in the capacity of finance business partnering.
• Experience into manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience in driving legal entity stewardship and compliance.
• Superb skills in continuous improvement and relationship-building
• Experience in leading, inspiring and developing individuals and teams
• Ability to work with ambiguity as many aspects of the role need to be global in scope but local in execution.
• Ability to understand business needs and put relevant interventions/tools/processes to play in a value adding way.
• Natural leadership abilities, with proven sound judgment, superior critical thinking and decision-making skills
