Direct and take overall ownership of end-to-end human resource operations across manufacturing sites, with a long-term roadmap to oversee full HR functions for two plants.
Oversee and streamline C&B processes, performance evaluation mechanisms (KPIs), and compensation strategies to align with organizational growth objectives.
Lead and mentor an established HR team (including an
HR Manager and specialists handling C&B, Recruitment, Administration, and Social Insurance) to maintain operational stability and foster strong team cohesion.
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all organizational tiers, from frontline production labor to specialized technical and management positions in the garment sector (e.g.,
Merchandisers, QA, Technical Specialists).
Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and design actionable talent retention and talent development initiatives.
Spearhead the adoption and implementation of modern HR management software and tools to optimize data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to Vietnamese labor laws and regulatory compliance across all HR practices.
Partner closely with the Expat CEO and department heads to shape corporate structure, build a professional work environment, and cultivate organizational culture.
