Mô tả công việc
Accountabilities Key deliverables
HR tasks
• HR policy: Participate in developing HR policies in line with HAA opeartions and business strategies, dissiminate policies, follow implemetation of policies and make proposal on revisions for improvements
• Recruitment: Working closely with HODs in recruitment process and conduct induction training, onboarding for new hires
• Labor Contract management
• Compensation and Benefit: Administer payroll and benefits information and ensure timely return of information to centralized payroll processing. Handle related questions and issues from managers and employees.
• Compulsory Social Insurance and Healthcare insurance: Make monthly report of Social Insurance, register health insurance for new employees, close social insurance book for resigned employees, make SI claims for sickness and maternity, update laws on SI issues
• Training and development: assess training needs for HAA. Arrange training/development programs and manage administration/costs within budget; Work with functional managers and company's MD on annual development review and key talent development.
• HR policy and compliance: Developing HR policies in line with HAA opeartions, business strategies and Vietnam laws; review and proposal on revisions for improvements as necessary.
• Company's culture and working environment: Driving employee's engagement via company's activities.
• Performance management: Co-ordinate with and support management teams in respect of the annual performance and development review for all employees.
• Annual HR and Admin budgeting
Flight Operations Admin Tasks
• Visa application, Accommodation, Transportation for Crew
• Admin works for recurrent training for Crew
• Admin works for licensing for Crew
• Implement and supervise Training plan of the Company (including internal and outsource training).
Other Admin tasks
• Office admin including courier, office management, facility management; staff business travel; FOC requests; logistics for meetings, briefing and trainings
• Event support, union activities: staff birthday, wedding, funeral, monthly briefing, summer trips, team buildings, etc.
• Expatriates: Working permit, resident card, visa arrangement for foreign staff and VIP guests
• External relations - maintain relationship with local police, building security and local authorities
Others
• Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs of the company or as directed by higher level
• Co-ordinate with functions and activities with regional, divisional and TMG staff as appropriate.
• Interaction with:
- Internal: All departments, TMG HR;
- External: Suppliers, authorities (insurance, Personal Income tax, local police, immigration office)

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience, including experience of managing an HR team/small unit, ideally within the aviation industry.
• Proven ability to work with department/business line management levels from diverse backgrounds and building strong relationships.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task. Strongly results driven.
• A highly motivated professional with high standards of integrity and a willingness to continuously improve.
• Passionate about the impact HR can have on business performance.
• A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience, including experience of managing an HR team/small unit, ideally within the aviation industry.
