Head of Human Resources Dept.

Management experience in an HR function (approx. 10+ years, including experience as a department/function head)
HR experience in a retail, distribution, or multi-store business (large-scale recruitment and labor management of store staff)
Practical knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and social insurance regulations
Experience in organizational design and HR system design (evaluation and compensation)
Work experience at a Japanese company and experience communicating with a Japanese head office is a plus
Communication ability in Vietnamese and English (Japanese ability is a further plus)
A balanced approach that stays close to store-level operations and does not shy away from hands-on labor-relations issues
Execution capability to keep pace with rapid recruitment and organizational growth
Negotiation skills with Company management and other department heads
The communication skills to drive a qualitative theme such as corporate culture development
Approx. 35-50 years old as a guideline
As this role is not a new position but rather a strengthening and expansion of an existing HR function, management experience through a period of change is desirable
