Head Of IT

Location: Cosmo, Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary: The Head of IT is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cosmo Club's information technology and systems. This includes managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security and reliability, leading IT projects, and supporting the club's gaming technologies. The ideal candidate will have a robust IT background, with specific expertise in the gaming industry, and the ability to align IT strategies with the club's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT policies and systems that support the club's objectives, with a strong focus on gaming technologies and platforms.
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of all systems.
Lead the IT team in managing day-to-day operations, including system monitoring, data management, and technical support for both staff and gaming operations.
Collaborate with gaming vendors and partners to integrate new gaming technologies and systems, ensuring they meet the club's standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new system integrations, and technology rollouts, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in IT and gaming technology, evaluating and recommending innovative solutions to enhance the gaming experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and IT security best practices, managing cybersecurity measures to protect club data and systems.
Prepare and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
