Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE
Be the head of the corporate legal department and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company.
Ensure that the legal department is managed effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all legal affairs related to the structure of the organization, its commercial licenses, and law compliance.
Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
Oversee delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
Advise the CEO, Managing Director, and other senior management levels on a variety of issues
Ensure all members of the legal team work efficiently
Provide legal advice to the business and its leaders
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Help to draft, revise and negotiate contracts
Conduct legal training for staff
Advise on the legal implications of company policies and procedures
Ensure all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
Report on legal activities, risks and litigation (if any)

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Degree in Law and qualified lawyer certificate
Over 10 years' experience in legal practice and/or as in-house counsel in similar roles, preferably at Information Technology, E-commerce, FinTech startup
Have deep knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for setting your priorities and owning your schedule.
Possess strong initiative, as well as excellent management skills and strong business acumen.
Excellent written and spoken skills in Vietnamese and English
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and ability to think critically and make clear, well-reasoned decisions
Can reduce complex problems down to simple solutions that solve problems.
Good connections with local law firms and counsels a major plus.
