Head of Logistics

This position will plan and schedule appropriate service line to maintain a cost-effective balance between customer service and cost of shipments. You will review and process day-to-day operations, evaluate and recommend solutions. And you will ensure compliance with all government related programs specific to mode and direction of related shipments.
- Propose & manage the budget of logistics department.
- Create policies or procedures for logistics activities
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
- Well oversee / keep track all of logistics staff, plan, and schedule.
- Build/ maintain good contact, mutual understanding with local authorities (customs office)
- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
- Solve the problem and give solution for any issues.
- Managing the team effectively to ensure they are always providing the correct level of service to both internally and externally.
- Understand requirements of each internal department and give the solutions to enhance these interactions.
