Mô tả công việc
• Marketing Strategies: Develop integrated Marketing strategies and plans for brand and each individual product line-up to ensure their success in the competing segments.
Marketing strategies will cover the following areas:
o Brand/Product positioning & value
o Brand/Product Marketing planning
o Marketing communication strategies and plans
o Customer Relationship Management
o Digital marketing, ATL, BTL Event Marketing, Brand website, BTL Consumer Activation for corporate and Dealer wise
o Market Research
• Marketing Implementation & Input:
o Execute all marketing plans of brand product campaigns in local market
o Propose marketing inputs and requirements to Sales i.e. trade marketing activities, pricing structures, target markets
o Propose marketing inputs and requirement to PR i.e. brand core idea, positioning... to ensure consistency in communication exposure
o Propose and define marketing requirements towards product design, specifications and options
• Establish, on the basis of inputs received from the business functions , the contents of any messages relating to products and business activities and ensure their dissemination to the press;
• Working with Dealers to propose and supervise the trade marketing activities at site to promote brands and sales
• Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies of the brands.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
• Agree the guidelines of product press releases with the Business functions and Group companies;
• Ensure the participation of newspapers at these events and the preparation of informative messages to be distributed on the occasion;
• Organize, in cooperation with the Business functions involved, meetings with press, interviews and other communication initiatives; cooperate with respect to the area of responsibility, in public relations activities and other promotional and communication actions, easily conveyed by the press;
• Ensure, on the basis of the information and support received from the Business functions, distribution to the companies themselves and local dealers of press releases, press kits, images, etc. related to public relations campaigns, promotions and communications developed in various markets, which could also be of international interest;
• Budgeting setting up and controlling;
• Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team;
• Team Management & Collaboration.

Yêu cầu
• Graduated or post graduated in Marketing or in Business (master's degree preferred)
• At least 10 years in equivalent position
• Over-all Marketing & Brand Management
• Wide knowledge of Vietnam automotive industry and opportunities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
• Highly efficient and organized
• Assertive- confident in speaking with senior management, both local and non-locals
• Maturity; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to solve problems of high complexity, make good decisions and take initiative
