Head of Marketing

Job overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives relating to Golden Phoenix Vietnam's business. We're looking for a highly skilled marketing manager to help us promote our offerings and identify what consumers want so we can create more to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding.
Responsibilities:
Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of the annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
