Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strategic mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and awareness of market trends.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in English, especially in international work environments.
