Responsibilities:
• Lead overall marketing strategy and execution to drive platform growth and user engagement.
• Generate non-incentivized demand across paid, CRM, brand, and owned channels.
• Align marketing campaigns with business objectives, promotional calendars, and financial guardrails.
• Optimize key metrics: Buyer MTU, Completed Orders, CM1 after burning, LTV/CAC, and Payback.
• Design personalized customer journeys to improve activation, retention, and frequency.
• Oversee CRM operations: segmentation, deliverability, and governance on opt-outs and message frequency.
• Strengthen brand identity and reputation across PR, media, and social platforms.
• Manage public relations, crisis communication, and storytelling to build national brand trust.
• Drive organic growth via SEO/ASO excellence and high-performing landing pages and app store visibility.
• Govern data integrity, attribution, and dashboard standardization for marketing performance.
• Lead an internal creative studio for design systems, localized assets, and production efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functional to ensure marketing operates as a unified system.
Yêu cầu
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Brand leadership for large-scale consumer tech, e-commerce.
• Proven track record of managing full-funnel marketing (Performance, CRM, Brand, and Owned Media) at scale.
• Deep expertise in CAC, LTV/CAC, and payback management; strong command of MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), SKAN, and privacy frameworks.
• Data-literate leader able to design and interpret holdout tests, geo-lifts, and experiment frameworks.
• Strong storytelling and creative direction skills across multi-channel communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, CRM, Media, Analytics).
• Familiar with SEO/ASO programs and app/web conversion optimization.
• Strong cross-functional management-especially across Product, Finance, and BI teams.
• Bilingual proficiency (Vietnamese & English).
