I. Company Overview

Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) with an exciting new product launching in the fourth quarter of 2023. Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam.

Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients.

Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.

Next to launch is a new Loyalty platform (Buzz It), Dayone has joined hands with SEA's Loyalty leader. The new Joint Venture will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with existing businesses. This is where you come in, The JV seeks an honest, positive, energized, team oriented and results driven leader to join us.

II. What you need to do

Develop a strategy to identify opportunities to grow merchants & profit.
Professionally manage the merchant partnership team to achieve growth and profitability objectives by driving proactive activities with our merchants.

Develop and maintain a process to manage and communicate merchant needs/ requests by working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, Product Development, etc.
Conduct business reviews to get understanding of market insights and update the business plan.
Develop key objectives, activities and metrics to drive productive relationships.
Coach and develop a strong merchant partnership team that focuses on opportunity, ownership and strong communication both internal and external.
Develop KPIs for the team and be responsible for ensuring its delivery.

Keep updating with the market trends and key players to input into the master plan & strategy.
Other assignments from time to time by the BOD.

III. What you should have

Strong leadership & proactive work ethic.
Quality people development skills.

Honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, excellent listening skills.
Excellent business development, sales, marketing and account management skills.
Previous experience in relationship building with a range of high value accounts.
Ability to enhance or create processes to drive departmental efficiencies.

Good organization and time management skills.
Strategic, highly motivated and goal oriented with solution based thinking.
Good command of English.
