Key Accountabilities
• Provide support and monitor performance of current partnerships in multi-channel distribution including Bancassurance, CA and Group Sales. Propose new activities to boost performance and maintain relationship with current partners.
• Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and profit, cost and operational efficiency, market penetration and business growth in alignment with the company direction.
• Acquire new partnership relationships and work closely with external stakeholders including business partners, banks, corporates... to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goals.
• Inspire and engage a team of talents and quality staff through career development.
• Other projects assigned by managements.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Banking
• At least 5 years of partnership management experiences in banking and insurance field
• Good business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Data Analytic, MS Office Skill
• A team player that nurtures a team work environment
• Ability to produce results under time restraints
