Involving in Product, Price, Place (Channel), Promotion (sell-out, ATL, BTL), production as follows:
1. Product Managment:
- Recommends the nature and scope of current and future product line-up by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Ensure the product planning, OPSI (order, purchase, sales, inventory), policy, budget control... to ensure the sufficient product planning.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Develop product sales strategies by working with Sales team to obtain product market share.
2. Pricing:
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Manage Gross Profit, Net Profit by model-wise, channel-wise to achieve company target.
3. Channel Expansion:
- Manage channel wise, account wise discount structure to balance channel and maximize company Gross Profit, Net Profit.
- Planning and execution for channel expansion: model-wise, account-wise, area-wise to increase channel coverage effectively.
4. Team Management & HQ Coordination:
− Coordinate with HQ, customize & execute the strategies from HQ
− Lead Product Team to achieve the business target.
