Reporting To: Head of Production
Industry: [Textile - Dyeing and Finishing)
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Head of Production Assistant to act as the operational right-hand of the Head of Production. This role demands a proactive individual who can help execute directives, manage the daily workflow on the production floor, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Head of Production in all operational tasks and floor-level execution.
-Coordinate with internal teams to relay accurate updates and solve issues in real time.
-Organize daily production meetings, document and report meeting minutes.
-Track WIP, identify bottlenecks, and escalate delays as necessary.
-Act confidently in floor-level discussions and give clear instructions to line supervisors.
-Assist in implementing production plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with production schedules.
-Stand in for the Head of Production during their absence without overstepping authority.
-Stay on-site as required to support late production hours or shop-floor needs.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong Communication Skills (English - Spoken & Written)
-Able to draft professional emails, reports, and updates.
-Capable of translating technical or factory-related issues into clear, actionable messages.
-Production Process Knowledge
-Understanding of fabric dyeing, finishing, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
-Previous supervisory or managerial experience - preferred.
-Organizational & Follow-up Abilities
-Proven ability to follow up across departments and ensure timely execution.
-Skilled in maintaining records and reporting status accurately.
-Comfortable working on shop floor environment.
-Leadership Support
-Confident in guiding shop-floor discussions and motivating team members.
-Technical Proficiency
-Working knowledge of Excel for tracking production data.
-Familiarity with ERP systems and factory documentation such as production orders and audit checklists.
