JOB PURPOSE
● The Head of PMO is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other division/ department leaders to develop projects and programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Collaborate with other division/ department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
● Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
● Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
● Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Board of Directors.
● Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
● Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
● Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
● Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as document the project's scope, budget, and justification.
● Assure project quality.

REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Project Management or related fields.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Scrum / Agile project management certification may be advantageous.
● At least 5 years of experience in managing projects under Agile / Scrum model (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, CMS projects)
● A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
● Strong leadership skills.
● Good presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
● Excellent organizational and technical skills.
● Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
● Ability to read and write English well.
● Good access to technology.
● Sharp, proactive, high critical thinking.
