Looking for a talented Head of QC who is capable to manage the implementation of the Quality Control Management strategy in the area of responsibility and partner with another Business leaders to ensure a solution oriented and trustful relationship is built.





Description



The ideal Head of QC reported directly to the General Director, will be responsible for the following activities:



* Solid experience in Quality Management, Quality Risk Assessment, Quality process, Product Safety Control.

* Managing the implementation of Quality principles for the processes, services and products by applying both the internal and the industry standards and regulations.

* Collaborating with Product Development, Launch Management and Marketing team in the development of new products to establish quality standards, devise methods and procedures. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

* Understand sufficiently and correctly about quality requirements for manufactured material, component, and finished goods.

* Daily related quality issues investigation and resolution.

* Ensure the high quality products was produced with the most cost efficiency and delivered to customers with fully satisfaction.

* Work with Senior Management team to translate strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives including KPIs.

* Leads Quality Assurance Manager, Lab Services Manager, Quality Control Engineer.

* Accountable for Scrap rate, Efficiency, Delivery, Improvement in quality processes, Customers' feedback and

Develop and lead a high performing Quality team.



* Interview, train and motivate employees; reward and discipline employees; resolve conflicts; build a winning team.





Profile



The preferred candidate has Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering relevant majors, combined with at least 8 years experience in handling the responsibilities outlined above from multinational manufacturing environment and competency in managing Quality team. Open for candidates coming from all industries with strong ability of Strategic thinking, Problem solving and Analytical skills.



Solid knowledge in Six Sigma, Quality Tools (SPC) and ISO 9001.



Good command in both English/Vietnamese, strong leadership and teamwork abilities.



Open for Vietnamese and Expat who is living in Vietnam.
