Head of Resin Section - Chemical Manufacturing

Position Purpose
The Resin Chief is responsible for managing all resin production activities, including process control, quality assurance, R&D development, and cost optimization. The role ensures stable production output, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement of resin performance in line with company and customer requirements.
1. Resin Production Management
• Develop and control weekly/monthly resin production plans
• Set up and adjust resin production formulas
• Monitor and control critical parameters (molar ratio, solid content, gel time, viscosity, pH)
• Manage shift arrangement and supervise the resin team
• Ensure production stability and on-time delivery
2. Quality Control & Troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve resin-related defects
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance departments to ensure product quality
• Ensure compliance with ISO/QCVN standards and internal specifications
• Define the Troubleshooting Boundary for Operation and Troubleshooting Method
3. Research & Development
• Develop and test new resin formulas
• Evaluate new raw materials and additives
• Optimize resin performance and reduce production costs
• Prepare technical reports and recommend improvement actions
4. Cost Control & Supplier Evaluation
• Monitor chemical consumption and resin cost per m3
• Propose cost-reduction initiatives
• Participate in supplier evaluation and raw material quality assessment
5. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals (MSDS compliance)
• Maintain safety standards within the resin section
• Support internal and external audits when required
