Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and create tailored solutions to attract new clients.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial Performance:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance against budget and forecasts.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Contribute to the development of the annual sales budget.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales leadership/ account management role within the logistics, transportation, preferable in European environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration skills with ability of working with C level.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• German would be a big plus.
