Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales (On channels) for a leading beverage company in Vietnam. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and maximize sales within the modern on-trade sector, incl restaurants, bars, and other relevant on-premises. Your role will involve building and managing key accounts, leading team, and ensuring the success of business plans.
Description
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the on-trade sector to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
* Identify and capitalize on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to drive product and brand development initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including bar and restaurant owners, beverage managers, and decision-makers, through effective communication and negotiation.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective promotional and marketing campaigns tailored for the modern on-trade sector.
* Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
* Oversee the implementation of trade programs and agreements, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
* Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
* Stay up to date with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the modern on-trade sector.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with industry professionals.
Profile
* Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales and business development within the beverage industry, preferably in the on-trade sector.
* Strong understanding of the Vietnam beverage market, including market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and deliver on targets.
* Experience in developing and implementing business plans and marketing strategies.
* Familiarity with trade marketing concepts and best practices.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
