a. Sales strategy, sales budget and business plan preparation
b. Sales team management: team KPI and performance dialogue management, HR planning and organization chart development, Organize and oversee the lead flows and workflows to achieve the department's goals. Managing and training of
sales staff both internally as well as externally. This includes the HORs, SEs and the support staff at MPS HQ.
c. Operation management: Ensure operational readiness and time management: preparing for meetings, events, policy, product launches, programs, preparing information for proposals, consequences of proposals, timelines, etc.
d. SOP and policy development: Develop and SOP, Policies and monitor the compliance from the department
e. Channel management (C1 and C2): Monitor the channel expansion plan and the accuracy of dealer reconciliation and payment
f. Pricing management: Monitor the product pricing, promotion and rebate. Product Profit after Tax management.
g. Sell-In and Sell-Out target Management: Monthly, quarterly and annually company Sell-In and Sell-Out management. Monthly, quarterly and annually key products Sell-In management
h. AR collection and Over-Due risk management: Monitor the AR collection region wise, dealer wise. Cooperate with concerned departments in bad-debt risk control
i. Forecast Accuracy and S&OP management: Monitor the region's forecast accuracy. Work with SCD and MKT the sales and promotion plan
i. Other tasks as assigned by direct management
