Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the bank's technological direction and infrastructure. Involve developing and implementing IT strategies and enterprise architecture frameworks to align with business goals, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency. With VIB multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategy and a strong focus on AI/ML, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's digital transformation journey.
Main Responsibilities:
• Technology Strategy: Develop and deploy a Technology and Enterprise Architecture strategy that aligns with the bank's goals, including
business architecture, application architecture, infrastructure architecture, and information security architecture, integrating AI/ML functionalities. Implement multi-platform cloud and hybrid cloud strategies to optimize the flexibility and scalability of the infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with current systems.
• Enterprise Architecture Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and updating of the bank's enterprise architecture to ensure alignment between IT architecture and business objectives, driving operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.
• Data Integration Strategy: Lead the formation and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy, integrating AI/ML capabilities to enrich management and analysis of data. Ensure smooth integration between the bank's applications, using AI/ML technology in a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment to maximize the efficiency of technology solutions.
• Advanced Analytics Systems: Lead the exploration and deployment of advanced analytics solutions operating in a cloud computing environment, leveraging AI/ML algorithms for data prediction and understanding. Collaborate with other functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Security and Compliance Assurance: Deploy robust security measures and ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, particularly in an environment encompassing on-premises, multi-platform cloud, and hybrid cloud. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML deployments, protect sensitive data, and maintain adherence to legal regulations and information security standards.
• People Management: Recruit, train, supervise and manage the performance of subordinate employees to ensure completion of assigned work plans; Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performance work culture, providing guidance and professional development opportunities for team members
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Information Technology, or related fields. Advanced certifications in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or Enterprise Architecture are advantageous. (Preference for Master's degree and graduation from overseas universities)
• Experience: At least 8-10 years in data strategy development, enterprise architecture, and cloud computing, in which at least 3-5 years of experience in leading teams and implementing data analytics solution. (Preference for international work experience)
• Leadership experience in leading teams and implementing data analytics solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of data management principles and technologies, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse,
Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning. Understanding of software development processes and enterprise architecture.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in developing reporting solutions and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of data security measures, compliance regulations, and industry standards in the banking sector. Experience in implementing security protocols and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Cost Management: Understanding of cost management principles. Ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining optimal performance.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and advancing business needs, maintaining knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in presenting information and recommendations based on data to support business decisions.
• Proficiency in English language.
