We are a forward-thinking international school that integrates the Vietnamese curriculum with international education frameworks (Australian, Canadian, and American curricula). Our mission is to provide a holistic learning environment that nurtures global citizens while preserving cultural identity. We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated and dynamic Head of School/Principal to lead the school.
The Head of School/Principal will provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, innovative education that aligns with our integrated curriculum. The role involves overseeing academic, operational, and administrative functions while fostering a collaborative school culture. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Head of School will act as the chief executive, ensuring the success of the school through strategic leadership and fulfilling its legal and ethical obligations.
1. Duties and Responsibilities:
Educational leadership and strategic planning:
• Ensure a high-quality middle and high school program that aligns with both Vietnamese and international standards.
• Lead the strategic planning process, integrating local and global best practices in education.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of an integrated curriculum combining Vietnamese and international educational frameworks.
• Provide frequent coaching and professional development for instructional staff.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to guide the school's growth and maximize its potential.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese educational regulations and international accreditation standards.
• Assist the Board in determining the school's vision, strategic direction, and short- and long-term goals.
• Keep the Board fully informed about the school's status and key factors affecting its operations.
Management and administration:
• Cultivate an environment of respect, high standards, safety, and support for student learning.
• Oversee school activities, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination with the Board and staff.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of educators and staff.
• Evaluate and supervise the Leadership Team and ensure the evaluation of all staff members.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among staff members.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive culture that values diversity and cultural understanding.
Operation and finance:
• Work with the Finance Department to create and manage the annual budget based on tuition fees and public funding.
• Collaborate with the Board to secure financing that supports both short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee the school's budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Engage in fundraising efforts and manage relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, facilities management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the school is a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for learning and growth.
• Liaise with educational authorities and international partners to maintain high operational and academic standards.
Communication and community engagement:
• Serve as the primary representative of the school to parents, the community and external organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni and community partners.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication with all school staff, fostering collaboration.
• Represent the school within both local and international education communities.
• Cultivate partnerships with educational organizations and stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and resources.

2. Qualifications and requirements:
• A master's degree in education, administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in educational leadership, including leading international or bilingual schools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese education policies and international accreditation standards.
• Proven track record of curriculum integration.
• Extensive experience in education with a proven track record of leadership in school management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Well-organized, independent and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current educational best practices and trends.
• Passion for education and commitment to nurturing global citizens.

• Working time: 7:15am - 4:45pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:15 am - 11:45 am (Saturday).
