Mô tả công việc
1. Department Head Role
· Set up training team as a new department. Hire, manage, motivate and develop subordinate staffs and ensure high level of efficiency of both individual and the whole team.
· Establishes and promote a working spirit within department that encourages team work and cooperation, commitment and engagement, creative thinking and oriented result.
· Develop and review department handbook including detailed standard operating procedures (SOP), work instruction, KPIs, workplan, standard report that support functional activities of department.
· Plan and control expenses of department within approved budget.
· Prepares related analysis and reports that provides a real and clear picture about department performance.
2. Training and Development Function
· Plan, develop, organize and deliver training programs in alignment with company business plan and strategy. Build and promote learning culture throughout company.
· Evaluate, suggests and implement plan of actions to improve training efficiency.
· Coordinate with management team on implementing Training Need Analysis.
· Coordinate with HRD on designing, reviewing and delivering induction trainings for new employees.
· Plan and organize activities for teambuilding and enhancing company vision, mission and core values.
· Be internal senior trainer for Train the Trainer and presentation skill for management team.
· Develop and orgabnize skill training programs including skill tests for production workers.
· Setup, manage and ensure training room, facilities and materials being well organized and functional.
· Compile and revise training manuals, materials and visual aids. Reccommend computer-aided, new traning technology and methods.
· Research, assess and recommend external trainers and training service providers when needed.
· Review and keep record of training bonds.
· Other related tasks assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu
· Minimum of a B.A or related equivalent degree.
· Strong background on training with professional training, coaching and presentation skill.
· At least 2 year experience in the same position. Experience in wood industry is preferred.
· Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
· Proficiency in keyboarding and applications of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software such as Preizi, Canva, Google slides etc.
· Dynamic, creative, mature and highly motivated.
· A good teamworker with professional working manner.
· Well organized with the ability to work to deadlines and under consequent pressure.
· Strong background on training with professional training, coaching and presentation skill.
· At least 2 year experience in the same position. Experience in wood industry is preferred.
