Lead, inspire and motivate a team of customer-facing and high-performing Googlers to create a goal-oriented culture with inclusivity and collaboration in mind.
Coach the team on engaging with and influencing stakeholders across your team's portfolios to deliver customer success and shared business results.
Lead a team in analyzing customer data and industry trends to develop strategic plans for customers and/or partners.
Lead and grow executive-level relationships through key C-level meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
Ensure team readiness to deliver digital complex solutions; create a culture of innovation and customer success on the team based on diverse, equitable, and inclusive team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role.
Experience leading people and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
Global experience across Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Operations roles.
Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
Proven track record in creating and implementing successful sales strategies with customers.
Ability to lead teams of different cultures within different geographies.

You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
