Headcount Planning Intern

Job Description
Perform Direct Observation for operator's tasks in production line.
Manage human resource allocation for each module/ tool or production line.
Support with the planning on headcount and training arrangement of new hires for production.
Requirements
3rd/last year student (Engineering Degree) in Industrial System Engineer/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineer.
Prefer candidates with Lean process knowledge.
Graduate at least after 6 months from Internship start date, be able to work at least 3 days/ week in 6-month internship.
