Job Description:
Creative Planner & Brand Executive (70%)
Branding Activities
Participate in brainstorming ideas, generate creative concepts for merchandise, annual gratitude giveaways, editorial items, ensure INCA's brand stays on top in customers' minds.
Present ideas to the internal team and CEO
Work and engage directly with multiple suppliers from inception to completion to ensure foreplanned progress and achieve the most outstanding product quality.
Project management
Act as the main point of contact with freelancers/ designers/ vendors in some required projects, the tasks including searching & sourcing suitable candidates, briefing, tracking progress, controlling quality and delivering.
Product Showcase (Instagram, Facebook & Behance)
Produce concepts, moodboards, and set design references (optional) for Showcase based on original creative direction.
Participate in coordinating and managing the quality during the photoshoot (if the showcase requires shooting)
Produce story-telling and visual flow as the guidelines for designers to follow up.
Work closely with designers to deliver the final Showcase.
Art/ Creative movements
Stay current with the latest local art/creative trends to contribute to INCA's branding activities
Act as a facilitator to motivate and guide members to take part in
Social Media Owner (30%)
Content Planning
Stay up-to-date on social insights and trends to optimize social marketing strategy
Work as a Planner to develop quarterly content plans for social channels: Facebook, Instagram,...
Executing
Produce written content across channels as planned
Utilize smartphones to produce basic visual content, including photographing, filming and editing on CapCut
Suggest direction & references for advanced visual content (graphic designs, illustrations, motions, GIF...), then work closely with in-house designers to make it come to life.
Communicate with social media followers, responding to queries promptly.
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Requirements
Above 2 years experience in the advertising/ communication industry, preferably in Branding and Social content.
Basic editing (Capcut level) and an eye for detail is a huge plus.
Passion for content and Good Writing skills
Social perceptiveness: Being current with the emerging trends on social media to produce relevant & impactful content.
Have a good sense of visual thinking to brief, judge and give constructive feedback
Great communication and listening skills to collaborate with several stakeholders: designers, suppliers,...
Excellent MS Office using.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Upper intermediate English level - in both speaking and writing.
