JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: B2B Marketing Intern (Full-time)
Location: 35/69/117 Thai Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi, Vietnam
Duration: 4-6 months (with potential for extension based on performance)

Position Overview: The B2B Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing team in executing
digital marketing strategies, content creation, market research, and campaign execution. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the robotics industry while contributing to the growth of Apicoo Robotics' marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing content for marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and product brochures.
Social Media Management: Manage and update Apicoo's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and aligned with our branding.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
SEO & Website Support: Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and rankings of Apicoo's website and product pages.
Campaign Support: Collaborate in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and new product releases while tracking performance and providing insights.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Sales Support: Assist the Sales team in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing documents to enhance B2B relationships.
Event Planning: Help organize and promote company events, webinars, or trade shows (e.g., FABTECH Expo, robotics conferences).

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in robotics, technology, and automation.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (no certificate required).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with camera equipment is a plus

Intern Program Timeline:
1st Month: Learn about the company and participate in training sessions (e.g., company overview, industry insights, product training, market research, customer persona development, market segmentation, and digital marketing basics for B2B businesses).
2nd-4th Month: Hands-on implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
4th-6th Month: Work independently on a proposed marketing project.
Final Stage: Evaluation and potential promotion to an official Marketing Specialist role
