Job Purpose
As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.
Key Accountabilities
Support in sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in data collection and report preparation.
Design simple recruitment materials and documents.
Post job advertisements and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
Gain hands-on experience in: (Hiring, C&B, Internal Communications, Training & Development, HRBP)
Support Employer Branding activities, employee engagement programs, internal events, and communications
Assist with office administration tasks
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
2. Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources or related fields
Available for full-time internship
Previous internship experience in banking or technology companies is a plus
Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
Good English proficiency; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design skills.
