What are you
going to do in this internship role?
You are on the eve of a unique opportunity. We are looking for an Employer Branding and Communications Intern. FORTNA is in full growth
and bloom and there is plenty of room for development. We recently merged
Fortna and MHS and are in the middle of rebranding our organization. The
roll-out of global employer brand harmonization has started and several
internal and external campaigns will be set up. We offer you an opportunity to
help us with this project. Different countries, locations, and cultures, but
everything under 1 visual umbrella. The assignment includes both development
and creation activities. Will you help us further shape the story of Fortna and
propagate it externally?
You
will receive plenty of guidance to enable you to fulfill this promise. You will
work together with both the Global Corporate Communication team and the Global
Talent Acquisition team to make this internship a success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

You go across the company looking for stories and bring them to light.
·
You can go wild with text, image and sound. (Internal and external
communication)
·
You are part of the project team Global Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
·
Translation of our employer promise and core values into content (text,
image and sound) offline and online.
·
Various activations, such as referral program
·
You advise and enrich your colleagues with all fresh-off-the-press
knowledge and insights
·
There is plenty of room to tackle your own research (such as D&I,
climate, social responsibility).
·
You learn and participate in full-circle recruitment process of an
international company

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
·
Ungraduated student who can commit at least 3 months of full-time internship, preference
study: Communications, (digital) Marketing, Human Resource.
·
Interested in recruitment, communications, marketing, HR, sales and employer
branding.
·
You can easily put yourself in the shoes of different target groups and
cultures.
·
You are familiar with all creative design methods/systems or are a quick
learner to master this.
·
You are a self-starter, someone who dares to try something new.
·
You are fluent in English, both in speech and in writing.
