COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Point Avenue is a character development-focused ed-tech company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. To engage the youth and raise awareness on the issue of sustainability across Vietnam through a public speaking event, Point Avenue Vietnam, with the patronage of Netflix and the US Embassy, organizes Speak to Inspire, Vietnam. All the activities will help the participants enhance their public speaking, debating skills and develop community-led initiatives, sustainability, and cultural appreciation.
An internship at this project is a great way to develop professional skills for the future. Our dynamic, energetic interns can expect to gain valuable, efficient experience related to leadership, business, project operation, and communication with different stakeholders. Our interns will be assigned the primary role of logistics support.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Work location:
Cau Giay Center: 2nd floor, NOCT1 E4 Yen Hoa New Urban, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
Long Bien Center: 60 Chu Huy Man St., Sai Dong New Urban Area, Long Bien Dist., Ha Noi
Working schedule: 5 days/week (OFF on Mon/Thur or Tue/Fri)
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Customer relation management
- Handle customer's inquiries
- Timely communicate feedback with internal team and make suggestions to improve organization
- Provide good after sales service to have high parent/ student referral source
2. Sales & Re-Enrollment
- Follow-up re-enrollment to meet the pipeline & final sales target
- Consult of prospective students and their families to offer the suitable roadmap based on customers' needs, and students' information
- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the Accounting Department
3. Administration
- Arrange class for students
- Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams
- Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent teacher conferences
- Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.
4. Other tasks assigned by the first-line supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
● Bachelor degree from accredited university
2. Language requirement:
● For Korean speaking course consultant:
○ Advance level in Korean (TOPIK 5 or above)
○ Fluency in Vietnamese, English (Ielts 6.5 or above) is a must.
● For English speaking course consultant:
○ Fluency in Vietnamese, English (Ielts 6.5 or above) is a must.
