COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Point Avenue is a character development-focused Ed-tech company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. To engage the youth and raise awareness on the issue of sustainability across Vietnam through a public speaking event, Point Avenue Vietnam, with the patronage of Netflix and the US Embassy, organizes the Vietnam Sustainability Campaign 2022. All the activities will help the participants enhance their public speaking, debating skills and develop community-led initiatives, sustainability, and cultural appreciation.

Responsibilities:
Customer service
Develop phone scripts and customer service procedures under guidance of Assistant Project Manager;
Handle participants' inquiries via phone, e-mail, and online platform;
Instruct participants in applying and submitting the assignment to the competition's portal;
Manage participants' database pre/during/post each round.
Team management
Lead and supervise Customer Services & Logistics Intern team to ensure efficiency of the participants' experience;
Train team members to meet expectations and ensure customer service processes;
Arrange team working schedules and maintain records including attendance and performance.
Logistics support
Prepare purchase-order and help coordination of overall campaign execution;
Prepare quotes, invoices and work with Accounting team to record purchases;
Assist in managing pre-and on-site registration for all events and programs;
Timely report the progress of preparation and set-up for APM;
In-charge of logistics inventory throughout the campaign.
Other duties as assigned by APM - Operations
REQUIREMENTS
Undergrad senior students or fresh graduates who can commit to working full time during the project.
Candidates must own a laptop
Good at English with excellent written and verbal communication.
At least 6 months of experience in Project management/Customer Service/Call Center or similar role is preferred.
Experience as a team lead for a small team (5-6 team members) is an advantage.
Ability to work under high pressure and target.

Responsibilities:
Customer service
Handle participants' inquiries via phone, e-mail, and online platform;
Instruct participants in applying and submitting the assignment to the competition's portal;
Manage participants pre/during/post each round;
Conduct appropriate follow-up/appreciation to participants who did not pass after each round;
Assist with settling participants' issues and website problems.
Logistic support
Assist in organizing exhibitions/workshops/camps and other events;
Support of logistics inventory throughout the campaign;
Assist in managing pre-and on-site registration for all occasions and programs;
Secure equipment and rentals as needed, purchase and set-up, and help coordinate overall event execution.
Other duties as assigned by the campaign management team.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergrad students who can commit to working for at least 20 hours/week during the project, Junior and Senior are preferred
Candidates must own a laptop
Good at English, equivalent IELTS 6.5
Love to work with children and teenagers
Prefer candidates who have experience working in Event Organizing or Education organizations.
Interested in the customer service field and want to enhance these skills.

Responsibilities:
Marketing and PR
Develop partnerships with high school, university clubs, or youth organizations;
Assist in creating and distributing marketing and promotional activities across different channels (social media, direct email, website...);
Edit the candidate's videos and upload those videos to social media.
Support event
Assist in organizing exhibitions/workshops/camps and other events;
Support of logistics inventory throughout the campaign;
Assist in managing pre-and on-site registration for all occasions and programs;
Secure equipment and rentals as needed, purchase and set-up, and help coordinate overall event execution.
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing team lead.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergrad students preferably majoring in Marketing or Communication, who can commit to working for the first round as a minimum requirement. Candidate who can commit for four (04) months during the project is preferred.
Candidates must own a laptop.
Good at English, equivalent IELTS 6.5.
Have a wide network with high school, university clubs, or youth organizations
Interested in external relations and partnership building; passionate about meeting new people
Experience (both formal and informal) in content writing and video editing is an advantage.
