RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finding Korean customers who want to use IT Outsourcing & Software Development services
Provide support in the preparation of sales kits and materials.
Assume the role of an account manager in the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential clients and actively contribute to building a comprehensive client database.
For ambitious individuals eager to self-challenge, the scope of work can be extended to include:
Proactively reach out to new clients to introduce our services.
Conduct pitching meetings with potential clients for partnership establishment.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in business development.
Undergraduate or recent graduate in business or economics.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written Korea (Korean language certificate equivalent to TOPIK 5 or higher)
Eager-to-learn, resilient, and challenge-oriented individual.
Possess a data-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
