Job Description
Generates and processes new projects as necessary.
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with Sota Tek's service.
Arranges appointments with clients and sales team.
Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.

Requirements
Knowledge in IT fields, economics, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in both writing and speaking in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.
Understanding technical documents is a big plus.
